MISTY VALLEY

Urban space in the Griffintown district of Montreal that promotes its industrial and innovative heritage. Name Smoky Valley during the industrial era for reasons of great pollution, the 2021 Misty Valley park will reflect the energy consumption, water consumption and waste of the innovative Legado real estate project.
The integration of a fogger system will not only be informative, it also will provide a playful place and area that fights against urban heat islands.
